Mercier (350 sq. ft.)

Our executive boardroom can accommodate up to 12 people around a beautiful wooden mahogany table with 12 comfortable leather ergonomic armchairs. For easy access and convenience, the free High Speed Internet connections are integrated in the table. There are windows which allow for natural daylight. Also, this room is fully equipped with a presentation board consisting of a screen, flipchart, and a white board. This room is often used for interviewing, discussions and upper scale meetings.


Cartier Champlain (1100 sq. ft.)

The Cartier Champlain is comprised of two medium size rooms and at present accounts for our largest banquet room. According to the needs of each client it can be set up for a seminar, conference, training purposes or presentations, as well as a dinner reception, cocktail or social event. It can accommodate up to a maximum of 100 people in a theatre style, 75 for a cocktail, 65 for a banquet, 50 in a classroom style and 40 in boardroom, hollow square or U-shape. (When subdivided, the Cartier or the Champlain can each accommodate separately up to 50 people in a theatre style and 20 to 25 in a U-shape, boardroom or classroom style). There are windows which allow for natural daylight. Also, this room is fully equipped with a presentation board consisting of a screen, flipchart, and a white board.


Manoir Beaucaire Chatel (3000 sq. ft)

This beautiful banquet room is our largest, and has the flexibility of being subdivided into two or three separate rooms. The banquet room is soundproof, wired for video-conferencing, and can accommodate up to 250 people in theatre style, 150 banquet, 115 classroom style, and 75 in a U-Shape.


The Chantecler

A new executive boardroom which can accommodate 6 persons with comfortable leather ergonomic chairs. Free High Speed Internet access, a presentation board with a flipchart and whiteboard, make this room a great choice for your next small meeting!


The Foyer & The Lounge

Both are comfortable lounging areas, perfect for coffee breaks, cocktails or simply to relax between meetings. (The Foyer, shown in picture).
